Fundación La Cosecha

La Cosecha opened in 2019 with a mission to foster entrepreneurship and support social, cultural and economic prosperity through the La Cosecha Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.

Latino Economic Development Center

Our current beneficiary is the Latino Economic Development Center (LEDC), a DC-based organization with a mission to drive the economic and social advancement of low to moderate income Latinos and other underserved communities in the DMV and Puerto Rico by equipping them with the skills and tools to achieve financial independence and become leaders in their communities.

Carlos Rosario Culinary Arts Internship Program

Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School

Internship programs centered around La Cosecha’s Culinary Immersion Studio and job placement opportunities with retail partners, providing students with work experience and exposure to a variety of entrepreneurs and businesses.

Located near Union Market District, the Carlos Rosario School has transformed the lives of tens of thousands of immigrants by investing in and supporting their development and skills.
