A Colombian Journey with El Cielo

Join chef ​Juan Manuel “Juanma” Barrientos​ in the Galería for a tasting menu preview experience of​ El Cielo​.

Consisting of eight courses, the El Cielo tasting menu features a range of vibrant dishes, including the elaborate “​Tree of Life​,” a bonsai tree-shaped yuca bread creation; “​Elcielo Pantone’s Dessert​,” made with gooseberry, sorbet, mango, white chocolate curd and pumpkin sponge cake; and the “​Fish Full of Coconut​,” containing turbot, coconut rice, tamarind vinegar gel and seawater gel. Plus, two additional surprise sensory components round out the experience.

El Cielo’s tasting menu does not include alcoholic beverages, however, neighboring La Cosecha partner and cocktail bar ​Serenata​ will offer pairings of wines from Latin countries, as well as specialty cocktails for an additional cost.

The tasting menu preview is available Thursday and Friday with 6:30pm and 9pm seatings, Saturday with 4:00pm, 6:30pm and 9pm seatings (reservation required on TOCK), and from 11am to 4pm on Sunday for brunch.
