The Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School is hosting a holiday restaurant pop-up in Galeria at La Cosecha Friday, December 2nd through Sunday, December 4th. Come sample authentic menus made by the students of the Carlos Rosario Small Business Program. The menus will feature traditional flavors from Peru, Colombia, Venezuela, Honduras , El Salvador, and Mexico.
