Elcielo will be popping up inside of Galeria at La Cosecha for a unique cocktail experience, El Caribeño. It consists of 5 cocktails and 1 mocktail pairing with snacks and an artisan beer by a local mexican distributor. Cocktails and snacks are themed around Caribbean culture and cuisine with elements of the season. Cocktails include a hot dessert cocktail themed around the beach, Elvis inspired peanut butter whiskey sour, horchata for our non alcoholic drinkers, etc.
El Caribeño snacks will have a selection of Colombian typical street food.
The pop-up will be open in Galeria from Thursday – Sunday through December during select times.
