Among other attractions, guests will have the chance to enjoy a photographic exhibition “El Salvador, Light Window and Positive Country”, Live exposition by multimedia artist Josue Martinez of Corinto Gallery, Virtual Reality Tour of El Salvador Touristic, and much more! We hope to be able to enjoy the company of you, your friends, and your family on this most special day!

– 2:45 – 3:30 PM | Live Prepared Show by Rico’s Ice Cream with how to do “Sorbete de Carretón”.Carreton Sorbet is a traditional ice cream and is served in waffle cones and tropical fruits jelly and one of the most favorite desserts of Salvadoran families.

– 4:30 – 5:30 PM | Screening of the documentary film (third chapter) “Las Pupusas”, by Olen Gutiérrez, Executive Director .A documentary film on Gastronomy and Culture. This film tells the story of the most popular Salvadoran dish, “Las pupusas”. The story is told through stories of life struggle and resiliency, science, traditions, fashion, love, and Mayan civilization. Above all, it is a celebration of a culture that has been enjoyed from generation to generation through foods.
