Chef Miguel Guerra and Tatiana Mora are creating a special Easter dining experience priced at $85 per person to celebrate springtime. MITA’s ethos is to celebrate plant-forward foods, not only fruits and vegetables but the bountiful oils, whole grains, beans, legumes, seeds and nuts that can provide us with a delicious and wholesome meal.
From Friday, April 15 through Sunday, April 17th guests can indulge in this 8-course menu with iconic MITA dishes like the Watermelon Crudo (watermelon, fermented carrots and wild rice) and Arroz MITA (creamy rice with maitake mushrooms, artichokes and fava beans).
In addition, a three-course plant forward Easter brunch menu will be offered on Saturday April 16th.
