Join Meryl Feinstein from Pasta Social Club for a fun, interactive and delicious evening featuring pastas from one of her favorite Italian regions: Liguria! We’ll enjoy a bright, coastal-inspired menu featuring local ingredients, and create two beautiful fresh pastas from start to finish: corzetti (pressed medallions made by using ornate wooden stamps) and turle (potato and cheese ravioli). Then we’ll cook it all up and sit back to revel in the fruits of our labor! Other snacks, dessert, and wine are included.
