Chef Miguel Guerra of Michelin-starred El Cielo and Chef Tatiana Mora of Serenata are proud to announce the return of the acclaimed pop-up, MITA, a contemporary concept where Latin vegetables and flavors take center stage.

While Latin American dishes are often protein-centric (like ropa vieja, arroz con pollo, beef stews), there are an infinite number of vegetables that create some of the most incredible plant-based dishes. MITA’s mission is to instigate a new way of eating that is not only healthy, but also sustainable.

Try the MITA Burger: root vegetables with lettuce, tomato and aioli on a brioche bun or the White Ceviche: Young coconut, huacatay (Peruvian black mint) and pineapple.
