Peruvian Brothers - LA COSECHA

Siblings Giuseppe and Mario Lanzone founded Peruvian Brothers as a way to share the flavors of the Peruvian coast, where they grew up. Their first brick-and-mortar location at La Cosecha draws on shared memories of their childhood dinner table and echoes the success of their original food truck—consistently voted one of D.C.’s favorite. They pay homage to the sandwiches, empanadas, desserts, hot sauces and more of their Peruvian community.

Giuseppe and Mario Lanzone

The sibling duo behind D.C.’s popular Peruvian Brothers food truck – Giuseppe and Mario Lanzone – were born and raised off the coast of Lima, pursuing separate professional paths (including Olympic rowing for Giuseppe) for more than a decade before teaming up for their culinary venture. With their first brick-and-mortar location, they bring Peruvian-style sandwiches, empanadas, desserts and hot sauces to La Cosecha.
