Two of D.C.’s most celebrated drink connoisseurs, Daniella Senior of Michelin-starred restaurant Bresca and Juan Coronado, José Andrés’ “cocktail innovator,” are behind Serenata. Their relaxed and convivial yet refined day-to-night concept offers an all-day menu of small bites, along with fresh juices, aguas frescas, cocktails and spirits.

The Spritz menu is comprised of Latin-inspired sparkling cocktails, sparkling wines by the glass and bottle, plus local ciders and beers! Located on Neal Place on the side of La Cosecha.

Daniella Senior

Daniella is a hospitality professional with over thirteen years of experience in the field. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Daniella is founder and CEO of Cuban fast Casual, Colada Shop and partner at Michelin-starred Bresca. She currently serves as a Board Member of the Women Chef’s and Restauranteurs; is a mentor for Empowered Women International; and is on the Steering Committee of New Guard Womxn in Hospitality. She is also an alumnus of the James Beard Women Entrepreneurial Leadership Program, an organization that EDENS helped to initiative.

Juan Coronado

With more than 20 years in the food and beverage industry, Juan Coronado has built an impeccable reputation as an award-winning mixologist and entrepreneur. Juan is a founder and Creative Director for Colada Shop, a renowned Cuban concept paying homage to the island via classic beverages, cocktails and small bites. He also serves as National Brand Ambassador for Bacardí rums and spearheads the company’s Legacy Cocktail Competition which showcases innovations in the cocktail industry.

Andra Johnson (“AJ”)

AJ is a recognized hospitality professional with over sixteen year of experience. She has worked with some of the city’s most popular restaurants including Michelin Starred Bresca, Stephen Starr’s Le Diplomate, and Robert Wiedmaier’s Mussel Bar & Grill. She is the brainchild of DC’s Black Restaurant Week and is currently working on a book, White Plates, Black Faces, which addresses the “cultural neglect” of African-Americans in the restaurant industry. AJ holds a certification of Ciceron Certified Beer Server and is a Level I in the Court of Master Sommeliers.
